Who can forget the sound of “Greensleeves” on a summer evening heralding the arrival of such treats as 99’s, oysters or the good old wafer. Mr Whippy represents to me all those golden days of summer when bluebells bloomed and summers had sun. Where oh where has Mr Whippy gone?
